Arrogance is like the surging waves of the sea, and ambition is like a mountain rushing into the clouds. On June 22, 2018, Shijiazhuang Chengzhi Yonghua Display Materials Co., Ltd. held the first recitation competition of "Reciting Classics to Build Dreams of Yonghua", reciting classic Chinese civilization, praising the great development of the motherland, and expressing the ideals and beliefs of Chengzhi Yonghua's "Chinese Dream, LCD Dream". The sound of books is loud and the applause is continuous, and the whole audience is filled with enthusiastic and passionate youth melodies!

Our poetry and the distant fields

This competition is jointly initiated by the "Joyful Reading Society" of Chengzhi Yonghua and the Enterprise Development Center, with the theme of "Reciting Classics to Build Dreams in Yonghua". The aim is to allow employees to experience the charm of language and writing through recitation, further stimulate their reading enthusiasm, and enhance their understanding and recognition of Chengzhi Yonghua's corporate culture.

Since the beginning of this year, in order to meet the learning desires of employees, the company has allocated funds to assist various centers/departments in establishing "reading corners", regularly purchasing various books covering enterprise management, professional technology, career development, etc. for everyone to borrow at any time. The employees highly value such learning opportunities and have spontaneously established the "Yuedu Society", regularly holding activities such as book sharing and book list recommendations. This event is a company wide activity jointly initiated by the "Yuedu Society" and the Enterprise Development Center based on previous activities. A total of 41 groups of contestants participated in this event, and after two rounds of intense competition, 15 groups of contestants made it to the finals. In the end, Qi Huan from the Administrative Management Department, Wang Lei from the Single Manufacturing Department, and Hu Yuanyuan from the Administrative Management Department were awarded the "2018 Outstanding Reading Experts" award. The Materials Group was named the "Bookish Team", and the Finance Department received the Excellent Organization Award. Yang Xuewei from the Single Manufacturing Department, Reliability Testing Group, Mixed Crystal Manufacturing Department, and Zhao Pei from the Single Manufacturing Department respectively won the Best Stage Performance, Most Potential, Best Music Score, and Best Sound Quality awards. Ms. Zhang Limei, the Chairman of the Trade Union and Director of the Enterprise Development Center, presented awards to the award-winning contestants and encouraged all participants to continue working hard and achieving further glory!
