The event was hosted by Ms. Zhang Xiaoxia, the head of the labor union. Zhang Limei, the director of the Enterprise Development Center, delivered a welcome speech. Ji Qingduo, the manager of the Human Resources Department, and He Yanxia, the supervisor of the Administrative Management Department, introduced the company's talent strategy and cultural strategy.

Subsequently, employees and their families who visited Chengzhi Yonghua Company visited the company's exhibition hall, production plant, and employee activity room, experiencing Yonghua's specialty dishes.

Through a day of experience and sightseeing, the employees and family members of the LCD R&D center completed a pleasant journey.
