Three hearts: perseverance, patience, and meticulousness for organizations and staff

Four forces:

1. It is leadership and leadership;

Five requirements:

2. Persist, if you are curious, you should try to do it and not give up halfway.

3. Flexibility and adaptability are essential because a project, innovation, or product involves multiple stages and functional combinations. Therefore, it is necessary to have flexibility, teamwork, be adaptable, and seek common ground while reserving differences.

4. Perseverance, good psychological resilience, able to accept failure and withstand setbacks. Not every point can be recognized by the market and the team, failure is the mother of success.

5. Optimistic and upward, giving up all for the failure of a certain link is the biggest failure. As long as we accept experience and lessons, constantly improve, take a small step forward every day, and make progress in our career every day.
